Hand carved wooden Easter egg  has a chick carved to make it appear it's breaking out of the shell.  The basswood Easter egg measures  4.25" tall.  The "egg shell" has cracks carved into the wood and has been painted white.  The chick is yellow with  wings on each side, eyes and an orange beak.
